We think in tables - draw one by hand or in Excel/Sheets. The first column is name and the rows are for each person. The next 7 columns are for the day of the week. Evaluate each person’s statement as a row and denote which days (columns) it could be if the statement was true in a grid with a 1. Sum each day (column) - the day equal to 1 is the answer.
